We offer four ways to pay your company’s monthly bill.

Online


One-time payments: Log in or register for a Sharp Health Plan online account to view your balance due and transaction history and make one-time payments.

MAKE A ONE-TIME PAYMENT

Recurring payments: To make recurring payments, please log in or register for a Sharp Health Plan online account.

The Sharp Health Plan payment portal will be going away later this year. If you make payments using the payment portal, please cancel those payments and get them re-setup in your Sharp Health Plan online account. For step-by-step instructions, log into your Sharp Health Plan online account and go to the "Quick Links" section.


MAKE RECURRING PAYMENTS

Note: If your payment is greater than $8,000, it will appear as multiple transactions until your total payment is reached. One-time payments are limited to $8,000.

By mail


Make checks payable to Sharp Health Plan, write your account ID on the check and include the coupon that comes with your bill. Please use separate checks if you are paying for more than one account.

Bank wire transfer


Please contact your dedicated account management executive to set up a wire transfer with your bank.

Visit our office in Kearny Mesa from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are closed on observed holidays.

Bill cycles run on the first business day of the month.

If you change your benefit plan and make a payment after the 1st, it will take 60 days for the change and payment to be reflected in your bill history and statement.
