How to pay your premium bill

We offer four easy ways to pay your monthly bill.

Log in or register for a Sharp Health Plan online account to view your balance due, make a payment, set up automatic payments, and view your online transaction history.

⚠️ To avoid overpaying, make sure you cancel any previously scheduled payments in our old payment portal before setting up new ones in your Sharp Health Plan online account.

By mail


Make checks payable to Sharp Health Plan, write your member ID on the check and include the remittance slip that comes with your bill. Please use separate checks if paying for more than one account.

What you need to know


  • Online payments can only be made from the primary subscriber’s online account. Primary subscribers have member ID numbers that end in “01” or begin with an “S.” If you are not the primary subscriber but wish to make payments, you can ask the primary subscriber to grant you access to their account.
  • Sharp Health Plan bill cycles run on the first business day of the month. If you change your benefit plan and make a payment after the first business day of the month, it will take 60 days for the change and payment to be reflected in your bill history and statement.
  • We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, debit cards (endorsed by Visa or MasterCard), checks, money orders, cash and e-check.
  • To pay a medical bill or copay, please call your provider or visit sharp.com to make a payment.
