Create your Mobile Access Code to activate the app

Follow these steps:

Answer a few questions on our website to find your Best Health login link.
Create a Best Health account and log in from a desktop or mobile browser.
In your account menu, select Mobile Access and create a new code.

Download the Best Health app, then use your Mobile Access Code to log in.

Mobile Access Code tips

It can take up to a couple minutes before your Mobile Access Code can activate the Best Health app. If you receive an error after entering your code, wait a few minutes and try again.
Your Mobile Access Code is for initial app set-up. After initial set-up, you won’t need to enter the code again to open the app.
Your Mobile Access Code can only be used for one device. If you want to connect other devices, you will need to generate a code for each device.
These codes are for your account only. We strongly discourage sharing Mobile Access Codes with others as that would give them full access to your wellness portal and information. Keep your Mobile Access Codes private.

Connecting apps and devices to Best Health

Best Health integrates with the latest fitness tracking devices and apps to allow you to easily track steps, physical activity, water consumption, weight and more.

Apple Health

Apple users will be invited to connect Apple Health.

After entering your Mobile Access Code, the Apple Health Access screen will display.
Select Allow in the upper right-hand corner.
If the Allow button can’t be selected, choose Turn All Categories On.

Google Fit

From the Connect page on the Best Health website or mobile app, select the Connect to Google Fit button.
Sign in to your Google account and follow the prompts to complete the connection.

Connect to other apps and devices

Available apps include Fitbit™, Garmin^®, MapMyFitness, Strava, Runkeeper, Withings, Daily Burn ^® and more.

From the Connect page on the Best Health website or mobile app, select the Connect Other Devices button.

Select the Connect button.
Select the CONNECT+ button on the app you would like to connect.
Follow the prompts to complete the connection.

*The Best Health wellness program is currently unavailable for Medicare members.
