Symphony on Availity coming this December

Here’s what you need to know.

We’re excited to announce that Sharp Health Plan is launching Symphony on Availity this December 2024. Symphony on Availity is an online tool for the collection, verification, validation, maintenance, and updating of provider roster information.

What this means for you

We are improving the roster verification and attestation process. Beginning this December, you will use Symphony on Availity to ensure your provider roster data is always up to date and meets regulatory requirements. Sharp Health Plan is offering virtual training sessions on the new tool starting in October 2024.

Who should sign up for training

Symphony on Availity users are typically office managers, credentialing specialists, or relevant staff who are responsible for verifying your organization’s provider directory data. These individuals verify and attest to the accuracy of your information.

Available training sessions

Sign up now for one of our virtual training sessions. You will learn:

  • How to add new and update your provider rosters.
  • How to verify and attest to the accuracy of your provider rosters.
  • What to expect for ongoing communications.

All sessions will be hosted virtually via Microsoft Teams and include a Q&A at the end. Once registered, participants will receive a calendar invite with a meeting link to join the live training.
