Losing a loved one is never easy. When it comes to handling your loved one’s affairs, it can be difficult to know where to start. We are here to support you through this time by making it as easy as possible for you to update their Sharp Health Plan account information, and by connecting you with additional support from Sharp HealthCare if you need it.
When a Sharp Health Plan member passes away, you will need to contact whoever they enrolled in benefits with to update their account information.
We want to make sure that any dependents can keep their same access to care. If a loved one was the subscriber of an account, please reach out to us within 60 days of your loved one’s passing so that we can assist you. Dependents will have to sign up for new coverage.
