Update your payments in a few quick steps.

Final notice to update online payments

After Dec. 31, 2024, all automatic payments in the Sharp Health Plan payment portal will be canceled. If you want to continue making payments online, you must create a Sharp Health Plan online account.

Our Sharp Health Plan online account makes it easier to manage your automatic payments, view your balance due and see your past payments and bills.

Follow these steps to avoid overpaying:

Step 1: Create a new online account and set up automatic payments.

  1. Create or log in to your online account.
  2. Go to the “Premium billing” page and select “Set up autopay.”
  3. Choose the day of the month you would like your payments to be processed. We accept days between the 1st and the 25th.
  4. Choose or add a payment method.

Step 2: Cancel recurring payments in the old payment portal.

⚠️ Log in to the payment portal and cancel any recurring payments to avoid overpaying.

  1. Go to the “Automatic payments” page.
  2. Select the trash icon to cancel your automatic payments.
