Exploring more tools to find success
The Best Health program offers five coaching session topics, and members can choose one or more options in any order.

During sessions, coaches offer encouragement and resources, so members can get the most out of their weekly calls.
“Michelle reinforced our discussions with a recap at the end and included my goals for the next week,” the member says. “During our conversations, she was an excellent listener. She also provided useful exercises, recommendations, and examples related to the topic, like deep breathing, relaxing, recipes and apps. She would send links to helpful articles related to topics we discussed, send motivational quotes, and was always cheerful and positive, which made me look forward to our next appointment. I place a high value on the coaching I received from Michelle, and with her help, I succeeded in many health areas.”
