Employees can take their assessment and get their results in three easy steps:
Register or log in to their Best Health account. They can also download the Best Health app.
Select Assessment to get started.
Complete the Wellness Assessment to get results.
For more personalized results, employees should have their latest numbers and results from screening tests or a physical exam.
